Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel your flight with no obligations by notifying us at least 24 hours before your tour is scheduled to depart. "No-shows" and reservations cancelled within the 24-hour period before the scheduled flight time are subject to full charges.

Tour´s from  Santo Domingo it should be minimum 60 min. 
(For example 2 tours of 30 min. it is possible)

Payment before the flight in Cash, No CreditCard.

We acept U$D €UR RD$.

Price incl. TAX, not incl. transfer to the Airport.
(Except from Bávaro/Punta Cana to Heliport Bávaro/Punta Cana)

Our tours depart daily from approximatly 7:00 AM(SUNRISE) - 7:00 PM(SUNSET)

Flight pads depend upon the weather.
